Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists is a 24/7 Emergency Veterinary hospital on Buzzards Bay. CCVS is both an emergency and specialty hospital. Our specialists are board certified in Cardiology, Emergency & Critical Care, Internal Medicine and Surgery.    Being board certified, CCVS specialists have 12-13 years of education and training.

The emergency doctors include emergency and critical care residents who are training, at CCVS, to become board certified criticalists.  Each of them is an experienced emergency doctor who trains through a combination of clinical practice and diligence in learning not only the diagnosis and treatment of disease, but physiology and the pathophysiology of disease.  The ECC residency brings additional depth and dimension to the emergency and critical care service at CCVS.
